JENNIFER BLANDINI
Born in Caltanissetta, Sicily, Jennifer Blandini is an emerging artist known for her unique blend of styles and her dedication to her craft. As the first child of Richard and Yovita, she spent her early years in Sicily before moving abroad, where her passion for art flourished.
Encouraged from a young age, Jennifer participated in various art competitions and garnered several awards for her talent. A self-taught painter, she honed her skills and began creating commissioned works that reflect her deep appreciation for history and culture. Her artistic journey began with a captivating reproduction of Pietraperzia's Madonna della Cava, infused with hints of Byzantine style and her personal touch.
Jennifer has a particular interest in historical portraits, often focusing on religious figures. Notable works include a portrait of Don Filipponeri Blandini (1750-1848), the archpriest of Pietraperzia, and a realistic portrayal of Michael Blandini, a retired Converse designer who passed away in 2023. In 2024, she created a striking portrait of her paternal grandparents, showcasing her ability to capture the essence of her subjects.
In addition to her historical works, Jennifer draws inspiration from oriental styles, incorporating their beauty into her paintings.
She is open to commissioned pieces, inviting clients to share in her artistic vision.
