Legendary Egyptian Actor Abdulla Gaith Linked to haplogroup E-V22, Subclade E-BY7402
In a fascinating discovery connecting heritage and genetic genealogy, it has been confirmed that the celebrated Egyptian actor Abdulla Gaith shares the Y-DNA haplogroup E-V22, precisely under the branch E-BY7402. This exciting finding places him in the same lineage as an individual from Sicily, from the town of Nissoria, highlighting a remarkable historical and geographical link!
The results were obtained through testing a living nephew of Abdulla Gaith, who shares the same paternal lineage. The detailed subclade path is as follows:
E-V22 > CTS567 > CTS6080 > L1250 > BY7402 > FGC73432 > CTS4089 > BY64655 > BY67435 > FTC2618 > BY96298.
The nephew's sample was identified as Sample #36009 and tested with YSEQ, under the following lineage breakdown:
Haplogroup: E
Subclade predictions: E1b-Z834 and E1b-V22
Location: Minya Al-Qamh, Sharqia Governorate, Egypt.
The analysis and classification were a collaborative effort involving researchers from the Tai Project and the Hawazin Project, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in uncovering ancestral connections.
